My stay at the hotel was quite enjoyable with spacious rooms and ample amenities for families. I found the on-site dining options to be a pleasant surprise at reasonable prices. The shuttle service to Universal Parks was incredibly efficient, making our visits stress-free. However, it did feel like the exceptional experience I anticipated was slightly hindered by the dining hours, which could be expanded.
